These days kids grow up with their Harry Potter and vampire stories, but Bloomingdales is helping prove that Superman hasn’t yet been felled by a big ol’ slab of kryptonite.
The massive retailer just announced today (Oct. 12th) its collaboration with Warner Brothers to create a men’s and children’s line commemorating the 75th anniversary of DC Comics, featuring everyone’s favorite superheroes.
WWD gives the low down: “The men’s collection includes T-shirts, socks, scarves and bags, ties, cufflinks, pocket squares and small leather goods. Bloomingdale’s Young World department will also carry limited DC Comics-inspired products, including Ts and hoodies, during the holiday season. The collection ranges from $35 to $225, and will be available in all stores that carry men’s and children’s as well as on bloomingdales.com.”
With such stylish apparel, now you can finally retire those Superman briefs. —Adrien Field
