Vince Staples is getting another outlet to express himself, as it’s been announced that he’ll be hosting his own Beats 1 radio show. The rapper, who filled in today for Zane Lowe, announced that he will host SEABS, or Section Eight Arthouse Broadcast System.
The show will debut on the Apple Music platform Sunday, Nov. 27 at 6 p.m., EST. After the premiere episode, the show will broadcast every third Thursday of the month at 6 p.m., EST.
According to a press release the for the show, SEABS will serve as a “pirate radio-style broadcast full of music and interviews curated by Vince and designated to illuminate and distract the mind.” Staples also appears in a trailer to gear up fans for the show, in which he discusses that he is often bombarded the sounds of questions, but doesn’t give them.
Aside from the show, Staples will also be collaborating with the Ubisoft video game, Watch Dogs 2. Check out the trailer for the show below.
