Oh, Justin Bieber.
A video of a young, pre-tatted up, hip hop fan Biebs has made its way to the ‘Net, and it’s very, uh, Donald Sterling. In the quick 40-second clip, the 20-year-old singer is being captured telling a series of racist jokes. Reportedly recorded during the filming of his Never Say Never documentary, Bieber is caught saying:
“Why are Black people afraid of chainsaws? Run n—- n—- n—–,” as one friend urges him not to finish the joke and another suggests that the sound of a motorcycle works for the joke as well.
Meanwhile, in recent years, Bieber has made pals with the likes of a slew of rappers, from Lil’ Wayne to Rick Ross. Last year, the singer defended his friend Khalil after a fan commented on his Instagram that he was a “bad influence:”
“It’s not your place to judge,” he wrote. “God put these people in my life for a reason and just because they’re African American that makes them a bad influence?? These are the people that I love and all of us are going to help make the world a better place.”
Bieber has yet to address the video, but can he be excused as a youngin’ who didn’t know any better? Sound off and let us know.
