While en route to her Philadelphia tour stop, Nic saw a man on the side of the road selling illegal shirts from her tour. Never one to bite her tongue, the Head Barb in Charge recorded the entire encounter as fans in disbelief it was Nicki cried tears of joy.
Taking it all in stride, Nicki then stopped by the The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia today where she met 8 year old Zion Harvey, the first kid to receive a double-hand transplant.
