A quick scan of her Soundcloud page would reveal plenty of downtempo, almost ethereal at times tracks with a little bit of Willow’s personal and ever evolving hue attached. Her latest cut, “Tngwee#3” features isolated guitar strings, a kick drum and pretty distinct vocals where Smith admits she’s been searching in the wind for a message. “I-I-I don’t know what love is, but I see in your eyes,” she sings towards the end of her verse, only minutes after Tngwee leads the track off with, ”I told you if you want, you could walk away / That was yesterday, we didn’t talk today,” as if he’s trying to walk back into love. It’s a folksy, modern track produced by Tngwee where two lovers are trying to figure it all out. Stream “Tngwee#3″ below.
