It is pretty safe to say that 2015 has been a big year in live music. As moments continue to pile up for everybody’s favorite rappers, J. Cole added a few more heart palpitations to the fan experience for the final show of his massive “Forest Hills Drive” tour. Capping off the 43-stop international run in his Fayetteville, N.C. hometown at Crown Coliseum, Cole ensured a send-off that would leave the crowd (and the Internet) in a frenzy. Along with Big Sean – who has joined him on the tour – the rapper tapped two names you might have heard before: some guy named Jay Z and another guy named Drake.

Drake hit the stage to perform his If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late favorite, “Know Yourself” as J. Cole joined in on the turn up with his Fayetteville “woes.” The Toronto MC also seems to be taking his Meek Mill diss track “Back To Back” on a tour of its own, performing it for the second consecutive night following his guest appearance at Lil Wayne’s Lil WeezyAna Fest in New Orleans. Before heading into the on-wax clapback, Drake performed a new acapella verse, and gave a few words about J. Cole.
“I wanna let you know something about this guy right here,” Drake said. “He’s one of the most realest, greatest, most genuine talented motherf***ers I ever met in my life.”

Officially crowning the moment as pivotal was Roc Nation head honcho Jay Z, who blessed the “Forest Hills Drive” stage with a rendition of “N***as In Paris,” as well as a “Clique,” for which Big Sean was on hand. Following the tour’s final stop, J. Cole tweeted an accurate, succinct summary of the show:
