After Kanye West’s meeting with Donald Trump, it was only a matter of time before the writers of Saturday Night Live threw out whatever script they had planned in order to spoof the sitdown seen ’round the world.
West and Trump met Thursday (Oct. 11) inside the Oval Office with Trump seated behind the resolute desk and West, wearing the infamous red “Make America Great Again” hat with Jim Brown next to him. During the televised conversation West spoke about his disorders, his intelligence and why Trump made him feel like more of a man than former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The experience made many of Kanye’s fans want to put him in rice.
The spoof comes a week after Kanye West performed as a musical guest on the sketch comedy show only to then go on a pro-Trump rant afterward in which he urged the abolishment of the 13th Amendment. For those of you who aren’t history buffs, the 13th Amendment abolished slavery.
During the SNL version of West’s sitdown with Trump, West did most of the talking while Baldwin’s voiceover echoed what Trump was thinking.
“I don’t want to brag, but I really have a high IQ,” West said. “I’m a stable genius. I’ve got a big brain and I’ve got the best words.”
“Oh my God, he’s black me!” Trump said
