The X is planning to leave his mark on this hit comedy show. ABC’s half-hour program Fresh Off The Boat announced that DMX will make a guest appearance on Tuesday (Dec. 1).
The New York native assumes the role of a love connoisseur who helps the main character, Eddie Huang with wooing his girlfriend. “You don’t need to give your girl a gift, you need to give her your time,” he cooly states.
The show, which is based in Orlando, Fla., follows the true life of famed chef Huang, and his upbringing in a Taiwanese household. It also highlights Eddie’s lifelong fascination with hip hop.
