Marvel’s reboot of the Fantastic 4 film will take fans back to where it all began. Starring Miles Teller as Reed Richards – also known as Mr. Fantastic – a new extended trailer boasts a edgier take on the story of how his team of scientists came to be The Human Torch (Michael B. Jordan), The Invisible Girl (Kate Mara) and The Thing (Jamie Bell).
With a ten-year advantage in technology over its 2005 predecessor, the new film also features a notable upgrade in technology. From The Human Torch’s “flame on,” to the Invisible Woman’s forcefield, to The Thing’s mounting pile of rubble, Fantastic 4 easily upped the visual ante. The trailer also includes a first-look at the crew’s archenemy, Dr. Doom (played by Toby Kebbell), as the tale of an experiment-gone-wrong leads to the formation of the squad and its adversary.

FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
