Having sat through several sex-ed classes that never truly tackled the subject of consent, Saturday Night Live may have stumbled upon something special. With the help of Lil Wayne and Future, the sketch comedy show has created a dope track about asking women for “Permission”
Coupled with the Booty Kings (Kenan Thompson and Chris Redd) and Uncle Butt played by Pete Davidson for a prerecorded skit for their track “Permission.” Taking place in a nightclub, Thompson and Redd head off the segment about the right to choose by saying, “Shake that Booty/ If you wanna/ Drop that Booty/ It’s your choice.” Davidson delivered an inaudible verse serving as a rolling joke for the rather serious subject matter.
Future then took over rapping about the need for consent before trying to have sex with women “Stay on the hunt for consent, Like a bounty (ooooh) ” he continues with “Lights, Camera, action/Video Vixen/ Hendrix steal your girl but only with her permission.”

Passing the torch the 36-year-old “How To Love” rapper was the second surprise guest on the video. Not only did the MC participate in the spoof video, but he served as a musical guest for the show performing with Halsey and Swizz Beatz.
