The Internet sat front center with a tub of popcorn in its hand as former MLB player David Justice took to Twitter to slam his ex-wife, Academy-Award winner Halle Berry amidst news she was divorcing her husband Olivier Martinez.
In a series of Tweets, some of which have been deleted, Justice accused his ex and her “team” of character assassination in the wake of their divorce.
After Justice’s rant, Benet, who was married to Berry from 2001-2005 endorsed his Tweets.
Changing his tone a bit, Justice returned to Twitter to publicly clarify he wasn’t trying to bash his ex-wife.
I just want to thank Halle for finally squashing all of the rumors in the past, that I had physically abused her, causing the hearing loss.

My intention was not to bash Halle,as I specifically said that Halle has NEVER verbally said it.I just wished that when the rumors were out

She could’ve squashed them at that time.I have 3 kids and a wife for 15 years. It was important that my kids knew that their dad didn’t do
