KICKS is a gripping tale based around today’s sneaker culture, but it’s so much more. The coming of age story about Fifteen-year old Brandon, who gets his hard-earned kicks snatched by a local hood in the East Bay area of Northern California, is a gripping look at inner city life.

Starring rising actors Jahking Guillory and Christopher Jordan Wallace (Biggie’s son), the film digs deep into the dangers and real life situations associated with growing up in the hood. When Brandon’s hard-earned kicks get snatched by a local gangster, three best friends go on an ill-advised mission across the Bay Area to retrieve the stolen sneakers.
The film hits theaters on September 9.
