Over the summer, Ice Cube teased the possibility of, Last Friday, a fourth installment to the Friday franchise. While the film isn’t in the works yet, if it ever gets a green-light, Chris Tucker may not be on board.
In a Global Grind interview promoting his new film, Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk, Tucker was also questioned about Friday, and reprising the role of “Smokey.”
When asked how he feels about possibly appearing in the flick Tucker said, “I don’t know if I can do another one because I was so young and it was a moment in time…But um, we’ll see.”
Although he’s not sure about Last Friday, the 45-year-old comedian mentioned that he was recently flipping through channels and caught himself laughing at his performance in Friday.
