Scott and Annie Russell are a young couple ready to lay down some roots after they purchase a sprawling new home in Napa Valley. All seems well once the previous owner–a single man–hands over the keys to the residence and supposedly his blessing.
‘This house is yours now,” he says with a smile.
However, suspicion arises and quickly fear once the Russells realize their lives and home are under attack.
Michael Ealy and Meagan Good star as the couple who must now fight a deranged Dennis Quad (Charlie Peck) unable to part with his home that his wife mysteriously died in. Titled The Intruder, the Deon Taylor directed psychological drama follows The Russells trying to live to see another day.
Rounding out the diverse cast is Mike, played by Power actor Joseph Sikora.
The Intruder invades theaters May 3.
