Just a few months ago, fans of the Philadelphia 76ers were giving their star forward Andre Iguodala—as well as the rest of the Sixers roster—underwhelming reviews. For the first half of the season, the team struggled to stay above .500 and didn’t look like they’d end up in the NBA Playoffs this year. Oh, what a difference a few months can make.
As of now, the 76ers are comfortably into the NBA Playoffs and are steadily improving their chances every game. On Monday night, they downed the mighty Chicago Bulls to move one game closer to clinching a playoff berth. And after the game, NBA TV got with Iggy to discuss exactly how the Sixers have assumed control of their own destiny and made a serious playoff push. The video interview is available for you to stream on the NBA TV Fan Night site, so you can go and see it now.
While you’re there, make sure you vote for the last NBA TV Fan Night game of the week of the season that will be shown (as always!) next Tuesday night. With a handful of teams looking to clinch playoff berths, every game is important—and if you want to make sure you see whether or not your favorite team will clinch, you need to vote in order to make it happen. Stay tuned to the NBA TV Fan Night site for more interviews with playoff-bound players as well. Because with the NBA action starting to really heat up, you don’t won’t want to miss a minute of the action on or off the court, now do you?
