For much of Khloe Kardashian’s adult life, rumors have been swirling that the reality star isn’t actually a Kardashian (or even a Jenner). Instead, there’s been speculation that Khloe’s biological father is not Robert Kardashian, but his former best friend, O.J. Simpson. While Khloe, Kris Jenner, and the rest of her family have avidly denied the allegations, the conspiracy theory has managed to stick. But now, O.J. Simpson is finally stepping in to set the record straight.
TMZ caught up with the former NFL all-star while leaving the Buffalo Bills playoff game in Las Vegas on Sunday (Jan. 7), when Simpson seemingly addressed the rumors. One member of the paparazzi attempted to bait Simpson by discussing Khloe’s recent pregnancy announcement, but he didn’t go for it. “Khloé and the girls were all terrific girls when they were growing up. They were nice and terrific,” he said of the Kardashian family. “I think today they’re still nice and terrific, except they’ve kind of added sex appeal to their résumé. I’m happy for them.”
While he sent well wishes to Khloe during her pregnancy, he assured fans that he had no input in her decision to start her new family or even bringing her into this world. “Congratulations to her. But trust me, I didn’t have nothing to do with it. I would be proud if I had anything to do with it, but I don’t. God bless her,” he stated.
Simpson didn’t address the rumors directly, but it definitely seems like he is denying to be the star’s bio-dad. His latest remarks come two years after reports suggested that he was seeking a paternity test.
