Let Terrence Howard tell you– after Empire ends, he’s “done” with his acting career. Howard was interviewed by Extra on the set of the show, which is about to begin its sixth and final season.
“Oh, I’m done with acting. I’m done pretending,” he said when the interviewer asked him his post-Empire plans. She followed up by asking if he will instead focus on his philanthropic efforts, to which he responded “I’m just focusing on bringing truth to the world.”
Howard and his TV wife Taraji P. Henson were also asked by the gossip series about their thoughts on returning to Empire without their TV son, Jussie Smollett. While Howard said that he is upset that Smollett would not be back, he stated that it is “nice” not having media circus surrounding the series while they’re trying to work.
