
Famed rapper Nas plans to put on his executive producer hat with this forthcoming film. The summer season’s debut of The Land will highlight the good and bad incidents of a group of charismatic teenage skaters in Cleveland, Ohio.
The group of kids who have dreams of becoming pros in the aforementioned sport and residing in California are all smiles until they find a bag of priceless pills, which lands them in the intimidating graces of drug lord “Momma” (Linda Edmond).
The Land will arrive July 29, and stars artist Erykah Badu and actor Michael K. Williams. The soundtrack will also feature verses from Jeremih, Pusha T, Kanye West and more.
