Christopher Nolan still knows how to keep a secret. His latest project just released a teaser trailer that doesn’t reveal much, if anything, about the plot, which will be released by Paramount and Warner Bros. in November 2014.
The two-minute clip features narration by actor Matthew McConaughey as a series of scenes from NASA’s history flash across the screen.
“We count these moments … when we dared to aim higher, to break barriers — to reach for the stars,” McConaughey says. “To make the unknown known.” A synopsis released by Paramount describes Interstellar as following a “group of explorers [making] use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations of human space travel and [to] conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.”
This project marks the first since completing The Dark Knight trilogy of Batman films last year.

In addition to McConaughey, who plays Cooper in the film, Interstellar stars Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Bill Irwin, Ellen Burstyn, John Lithgow, Matt Damon, and Michael Caine are also in the film.
Co-written and directed by Christopher Nolan, Interstellar will blast off into theaters on November 7, 2014. Until then, our destinies are all our own.
