A delivery man for a Virginia Lowe’s store was taken a back when his store manager asked him to not deliver a package to a home.
“I got a phone call on the phone telling me to bring the delivery back, saying that I couldn’t do the delivery,” Marcus Bradley told Fox 10. “I asked him why I couldn’t do it, and he said because you’re black, and they don’t want you at the house.”
The woman who made the request and remained anonymous, said she doesn’t feel bad about asking for what she wanted.

“I got a right to have whatever I want and that’s it,” the woman said. “No, I don’t feel bad about nothing.”
Bradley said he was hurt by the woman’s request, but more so hurt his company didn’t defend him as an employe. Yet despite the shock, he’s still staying with the company.
“I mean, I gotta work,” he said. “I’m going to keep going to work like I’ve always done. But I would think Lowe’s would take it into consideration to think about what they’re doing next time.”
