After news broke of Reagan’s passing Sunday (March 6) Charlamagne, birth name Lenard McKelvey, took to Instagram to offer his “condolences” to the 94 year old.
The height of the American crack epidemic, which Charlamagne referenced took place from 1984 through 1990 during Reagan’s administration. According to reports, the drug was available in nearly 25 U.S. cities and was being sold for very little.
