
Update: 6:00 pm ET (April 4, 2019) – Eric Holder has pleaded not guilty to all four counts of murder and weapons possession in the death of Nipsey Hussle. His plea was entered by his legal representation, Chris Darden, on Thursday (April 4). Darden is most known for his role on the prosecution team of OJ Simpson’s 1994 murder case. Bail has been set at $5 million.

Eric Holder, the man accused of killing rapper-activist Nipsey Hussle, has officially been charged with murder.
The L.A. County District Attorney charged Holder with four counts including one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, Variety reports Thursday (April 4).
Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was gunned down in front of his Marathon Clothing at Crenshaw Boulevard and Slauson Avenue on Sunday (March 31). The two men who were also wounded on the shooting have been identified as Kerry Lathan and Shermi Cervabta Villanueva.
If convicted, the 29-year-old faces life in prison.
