Witnesses told CBS11 that a fight broke out at the pool party attended by the teens after a call to police was made. One officer claimed that he was met by a group that refused to take his orders. In the video that has since circulated, one disturbing moment features an officer restraining a young girl, reportedly 14 years old, in a bathing suit, grabbing her by the head and pushing her face into the ground. He is also seen with his knees in her back as she cries, before she is later handcuffed. The officer is also seen cursing at the teens, ordering them to leave the scene.
The officer has reportedly been placed on administrative leave, after CBS11 relayed the video to the McKinney Police Department. An investigation of the incident is pending.
