In a recent column in The New York Post, writer Kyle Smith made it his mission to drag Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith in the mud for their so-called “bad parenting” skills. In it, he goes on to mention (and bad-mouth) the many accomplishments their kids have made, in conjunction to criticizing the things they say.
“We don’t know for sure that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are the most horrible parents on Earth,” Smith wrote. “But the case for that seems strong when you consider their überentitled, brainless, self-adoring, twaddle-spewing little munchkins.”
Besides literally attacking the Smith kids, and judging their parents as unfit; Smith followed by making his case. Here’s an example of the madness the writer spewed.
Willow’s tweets are, if anything, even more pretentious, vapid and humorless than her brother’s. “ANYTHING that I EVER do is geared towards the evolution and vibrational elevation of this planet through the inspiration of individuals,” reads a recent thought. Girl, the planet isn’t asking for your advice. And how does kiddie R&B like “Whip My Hair” (her 2010 single) lead to “vibrational elevation” of anything?
And if that wasn’t enough, in regards to Jaden’s recent venture with Louis Vuitton, in which he is starring in a womenswear campaign—Smith had this to say: “Jaden’s primary activity these days seems to be trying to be the black Boy George, minus the talent…Playing dress-up in a variety of feminine looks, Jaden (who is starring in a womenswear campaign for Louis Vuitton) presents a shot of himself in a matching skirt and jacket, with long dreadlocks and a Boy George hat, under the caption, ‘STUNNA.'”
Welp, it seems like the New York Post writer is just mad. Either way, Willow and Jaden are still making memorable strides and building up their respective careers. Yet like with any controversial opinion, there is some backlash. Check out below what some thought on Twitter about Smith’s bold statements. What do you think about Will and Jada’a parenting skills? Or for that matter, Smith’s opine?
@venusselenite yeah I saw that. I’m completely stunned an adult dedicated a full hate piece on teens for being teens.

Don’t need to read that NY Post article about Willow and Jaden to know it’s TRASH!! Those kids never hurt anybody and live their lives.

I was so offended by the NY post article about Willow and Jaden Smith. These kids aren’t rapists, they’re not junkies, they’re not thieves..
