While mourners were saying their final goodbyes to Sandra Bland – the woman who was found dead in a Texas jail on July 12 – another woman died while in a Cleveland jail this weekend.
Ralkina Jones, 37, was arrested on Friday (July 24) after a dispute with her husband at his workplace, local news station WSMV 4 reported. She was taken to the Cleveland Heights jail, and was found dead on Sunday (July 26). The details surrounding the incident remain slim, but an autopsy was performed on Jones on Monday (July 27), which found “no suspicious injuries” on her body, according to The Huffington Post. Her cause of death has not been released.
