Chance The Rapper is a man of the people, and wherever Chance goes the people follow. Monday night (Nov. 7) the Coloring Book lyricist wrapped up his free concert in Chicago’s Grant Park’s Petrillo Music Shell by leading a parade of thousands to early voting polls to cast their ballot. Aptly titled #ParadeToThePolls, social media was flooded with footage of the massive march that blocked off streets.

The day before, Chance joined Auntie Yonce and Uncle Jay in Ohio to perform at rally for Hillary Clinton, where Lebron James introduced the Democratic presidential nominee. Big Sean and J.Cole were also on hand to galvanize fans and drive home the importance of voting.
According to the Cook County sheriff’s office, nearly 400,000 ballots had been cast as of Monday afternoon including early, grace period and mail-in votes.
Good looks, Chance. We the people thank you.
