Kanye West can see the presidency in his future.
The Chicago MC broke down his plan to run for POTUS in 2020, during an interview with BBC’s radio’s Annie Mac over the weekend.
As West explained it, his presidential campaign is about humanity, not politics.
“When I talk about the idea of being president, I’m not saying I have any political views,” he said. “I don’t have views on politics, I just have a view on humanity, on people, on the the truth. If there is anything that I can do with my time to somehow make a difference while I’m still alive, I’m all for it.”
West announced his presidential run during the MTV Video Music Awards last year, and it looks like he’s serious about the White House bid.
If Donald Trump can win the presidency, Yeezy might as well give it a shot.
Ye’s full interview with Mac airs Monday (Nov. 14).
