The Chicago MC, who disabled his social media accounts over the weekend, is scheduled to have lunch with Trump, and a meeting with his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. According to the New York Times, West will visit Trump on Thursday (Oct. 11) to discuss job opportunities for convicted felons and increasing the amount of “manufacturing jobs” in the Windy City.
Kushner, an adviser with the Trump Administration who is married to his daughter, Ivanka Trump, has been tasked with the issue of prison reform.
West’s trip to Pennsylvania Avenue comes after his latest barrage of tweets and rants that included an awkward political diatribe to close out his Saturday Night Live appearance two weeks ago, and claims of being “bullied” for wearing his MAGA hat.
Meeting with Trump is becoming a bit of a family tradition for the Kardashian-West household. Kim Kardashian West sat down with Trump earlier in the year, which resulted in the release of Alice Marie Johnson, a great-grandmother sentenced to life in prison for a non-violent first time drug offense.
