U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters has been the target of another poster mockery. This time, an image of the fictional serial killer Michael Myers was replaced with the face of the social justice leader on a billboard.
It isn’t known when the incident occurred, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, the act was committed by conservative street artist Sabo. The customed billboard for the new film Halloween originally featured an oversized image of Myers holding a knife. Sabo’s spin, the billboard now depicts the congresswoman yielding a knife. Sabo tells the outlet his “art” including the #UncivilDemocrats line was a reference to Rep. Waters’ recent statement about President Donald Trump and his cabinet members.
“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd,” Waters said at the Capitol Hill “Keep Families Together” rally. “You push back on them and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

Waters was later accused of encouraging harassment against Trump supporters and his allies. Trump responded to her comments at the rally by insulting her intelligence.

Earlier this year, the Stars & Stripes Forever Super PAC petitioned a billboard which called her “rotten to the core.”
While most of the mockings have lent to her comments against the Trump administration, others have bared racial undertones. A flyer created by Conservative site BluePillSheep photoshopped Waters’ head on the late James Brown mugshot. While calling her a “loony toon liberal” they deemed her a race baiter for speaking out for minorities.
