
The third and final political debate commenced Wednesday night (Oct. 19) in Las Vegas and many concerns of the American people were touched on. Topics of the economy, immigration and terrorism along with fitness to be leader of the free world were all discussed in the nearly 90 minute political showdown.
However, when the subject of abortions arose, it was Trump who painted a grim picture by stating “in the ninth month you can take the baby and rip the baby out of the womb of the mother.” The language used by the 70-year-old G.O.P candidate proved gruesome to some online, except Shonda Rhimes who offered a more succinct definition of the process Trump described.

Trump was evasive about his stance on abortions. While Clinton demonstrated her strong backing on women’s health and reproductive rights, when moderator Chris Wallace asked the Republican presidential candidate about his stance on abortions, Trump stated he would appoint anti-pro life Supreme Court judges, but in the next breath said “the states will then make a determination.” on whether to overturn Roe v. Wade.
