Cleveland Cavaliers fans were more than delighted to celebrate the team’s official entry into the NBA Finals this weekend after their 113-87 victory against the Toronto Raptors.
According to AFP, Friday night’s (May 27) game at the Air Canada Centre gave LeBron James and his team a 4-2 series win, placing them in the finals for the second consecutive year. With the team one step closer to breaking a reported 52-year championship drought, critics are hopeful their matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder or the Golden State Warriors will be a match to remember.
James’ six assists and 11 rebounds accompanied by his 33 points in Game 6 were celebrated by everyone, including Raptor’s brand ambassador Drake.

“I knew this was going to be tough game coming to this building — I just had to bring my game, I had to be in attack mode from the beginning, trust my shots,” James said after the game. “I knew once my shots started going in I could start getting my teammates involved and they were able to carry me down the stretch.”
Drake also praised the player on the ‘gram.
