According to TMZ, the unidentified woman claims to have dated the point guard from 2011 to 2013. During that time she alleges Rose pressured her to perform lewd and lascivious acts including having group sex with strangers, which she says she didn’t participate in.
Rose’s accuser says the two continued to date until August 2013 when she was invited to Rose’s Beverly Hills home along with his friend Ryan Allen and Rose’s manager Randall Hampton. There she claims they slipped a drug into her drink with the intent of raping her.

The victim says she escaped the house, only for Rose and his two friends to later break into her home and begin raping her while she was incapacitated. She alleges to only remember “flashes” of the incident, but clearly remembers the faces of the men involved.
In the lawsuit filed, the victim says she waited two year to come forward because she was ashamed and afraid her conservative family would find out.
