Floyd Mayweather’s ex-fiance Shantel Jackson held a press conference Thursday (Sept. 4) to announce she’s suing the boxer for a bevy of things including assault, battery and defamation of character.
Jackson alleges Mayweather attacked her several times and one time pulled a gun on her. According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Jackson says Mayweather first became violent with her in 2012 when he was released from prison on a separate domestic violence case. It was then Jackson says Mayweather twisted her arm, choked her and took her phone away from her in order to look through it.
In April of 2013, the violence continued when Jackson claims he bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking ‘which toe do you want me to shoot?’
In the lawsuit, Jackson said the boxer also invaded her privacy by posting pictures of her sonogram on social media, and telling the world the real reason they broke up is because “she killed our twin babies.”
Jackson is suing for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and harassment and more.
