Basketball fans love to heckle LeBron James. Case in point, on Sunday night (Feb. 21), as the Cleveland Cavaliers faced off against the Oklahoma City Thunder, one woman on the sideline offered James some short, spirited advice as he grappled with a foul call.
“Just suck it up, LeBron!,” a woman was captured shouting at the Cavs star.

While James did not offer a reaction in the moment, he later posted the clip to his Instagram page, taking a light-hearted shot at himself. “I guess she told me!! Hahahaha #JustSuckItUpLeBron #NoMomo #Classic,” he wrote. This response was strikingly different than the one he had to a Warriors fan attempting to call him a cry baby back in December. Catching the Golden State fan in the act, James offered a glare her way that stopped her in her tracks.
Perhaps James was able to take this heckler in stride because his Cavs landed their fifth straight win against the Thunder, edging them out 115-92. James himself also nearly hit triple-double status with 25 points, 11 assists and 7 rebounds. “These guys step up,” Cavs coach Tyronn Lue said, according to ESPN. “They play hard, they play for each other. If they continue to do that, they’ll be fine.”
