At this point, we have to wonder if Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao just want to play with our emotions. Renewing their subtle shots at each other, the two boxers have rekindled our hopes for a bout, but the prospect hasn’t exactly gotten off the ground. While Pacquiao continues to stay ready for the fight of his life, Mayweather seems to have been backpedaling. And with reports about a possible deal – complete with a rematch clause – looming, sitting on hands just got a little harder. But fight or no fight, the Internet jabs are always a go it seems. In a spot for Footlocker’s “Week Of Greatness,” Pacquiao humorously alludes to Mayweather’s avoidance of him in the ring by getting overjoyed at the (false) possibility. The Filipino fighter has also made several recent remarks about making the bout happen. And now, it seems, Mayweather has caught wind of the constant mentions of his name. Only, instead of scheduling a match, he posted an Instagram video. To the tune of Queen’s “Another One Bites The Dust,” Mayweather poked fun at Pacquiao’s knockout by Juan Manuel Marquez. He captioned the photo with a simple “www.themoneyteam.com.”
So… when’s the fight?
