Michelle Obama uploaded a workout video to The White House Facebook page Tuesday (May 19) to show off her intense workout routine, and if you ask us, members on the right side of the isle should probably steer clear of anymore nasty remarks because the First Lady’s guns are no joke.
In the 35 second video, the 51 year old is seen wearing all black workout gear and kicks. She starts off with a little cardio by jumping rope. She then works on her rock-solid core, followed by the toning and strengthening of her legs. Barack’s favorite girl doesn’t skip the weights to work out her arms–and ends it with a little kick boxing.
The video, which is part of her “Let’s Move” initiative which is set to help fight childhood obesity, has already earned a smooth 27,000 likes and been shared 15,000 times.
So if she’s a mom and a First Lady who can still find time to get it in, what’s your excuse?
