The ankles of your favorite hoop stars will be wrapped in Stance swag for the 2015-16 season. Stance and the NBA announced in a press release on Monday (April 27) that the popular sock brand has struck a multi-year deal to be the league’s official on-court sock provider.
“We can’t wait to bring our innovative sock technology and unique style to the NBA’s global following,” said Clarke Miyasaki, EVP of Business Development at Stance. “It’s an unbelievable honor for Stance to become the league’s official oncourt sock, and we look forward to unveiling the entire lineup to NBA fans.”
According to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, the players must wear the special team-themed socks on court for every game next season.

More great news: Golden State Warriors’ own Klay Thompson has been signed on to be the brand ambassador. He now joins Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade, Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond and Dallas Mavericks forward Chandler Parsons.

Stance’s logos will be featured on the socks, marking the first time a brand has flexed its logos on the hardwood.
