When a portal to another world opens deep within Earth's ocean, these champions pilot giant Gundam-looking robots in a fight for the ages against creatures bent on stomping out humanity. Of course, Harper's world is changed when he is abducted by an underground organization led by Morgan Freeman and presented with a conspiracy at hand.Oblivion aimed to challenge everything Harper has known and worked for, and the film finds him pitted against the people he knows and loves. With zombie culture at a high nowadays, both on TV and in movies, World War Z looks like it could be the one to end all undead flicks. Based on the French graphic novel Le Transperceneige by Jacques Lob and Jean-Marc Rochette, the film stars Chris Evans, Song Kang-ho, Jamie Bell, Alison Pill, John Hurt, Tilda Swinton, Octavia Spencer and Ed Harris. Snowpiercer marks Bong's English-language debut; he's mentioned that approximately 80% of the film was shot in English. In the film, the inhabitants of the Snow Piercer, a train that travels around the globe and is powered by a sacred perpetual-motion engine, are forced to create a new world when the old one is wiped out by a failed experiment to stop global warming.
