However, rapper-endorsed apps appear to be enjoying a bit of a resurgence right now with artists doing everything they can to create new sources of revenue. And they're getting more creative.
Recently, Snoop Lion's new photo-editing app Snoopify made its way to the App Store, just a few days after the Dress Up! Drake app started making waves on the Web. So it's only a matter of time before other rappers follow suit and release their own apps. Which rappers will it be? Well, that remains to be seen.
