Change can be good... unless you hate it. When Apple unveiled iOS7, its latest mobile operating system, yesterday (Sept. 18), iPhone and iPad users got a breath of fresh air. Like a K. Michelle butt lift, it's new and improved but not too drastic. Fresh features include a visual redesign, new control panel and camera filters a la Instagram. Are users happy with that new-new?
