Rappers and celebrities alike always find a way to outdo themselves for Halloween. Every year, we see the most creative costumes ever, and 2016 is no different. Hip-Hop royalty like The Carters are notorious for correlating costumes like their infamous artist-based impersonations as Frieda Kahlo and Jean-Michel Basquiat last year. However, they decided to be even more creative and hone in on their love for the '80s this time around.
