Beyonce's Nephew Julez Gets Gift from Lebron James

Last night Beyonce and Jay-Z attended the Nets vs Heat game and brought along their nephew, Solange's son Julez. After the family watched the game, Hov's homie Lebron James came over to say hello to the Knolwes-Carter clan. Not only did LJ greet the family, he gave Julez his wristbands and sneakers.
