Celebrities Send Condolences Following The Death Of Bobbi Kristina Brown
Brandy, Oprah Winfrey, Tamar Braxton and more shared loving words for the 22-year-old and her family.
Bobbi Kristina’s death hit headlines hard, but Hollywood even harder.
The 22-year-old daughter to the late Whitney Houston and R&B soulster Bobby Brown died last night (July 26) after her hospice stay of two months. Though many had already widely accepted the possibility of Bobbi Kristina’s passing, it didn’t make the news any easier to accept. Today, several of Hollywood’s big names have taken to social media to send love and guiding words for the fallen heiress and her family.
In January, Bobbi Kristina was found submerged in a bathtub for what police believe to be anywhere between 2 and 5 minutes, TMZ reported, paramedics were able to resuscitate her. However, she was placed in a medically induced coma and put on life support. The hope for Kristina's recovery withered, as she remained in the coma for about two months.
According to USA Today, an autopsy for Bobbi Kristina's still follows suit, as the exact cause for her death still swarms with uncertainty. When Bobbi Kristina was found, the police report filed it as a drowning. TMZ also reported that her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who was also present during the time she was found in the bathtub, was authorities' first person of interest.
Regardless of the outcome following her autopsy report and the investigation of her death, our hopes and condolences are lifted for Bobbi Kristina's peaceful rest.
