Curren$y's 25 Best Joints To Ride Out To On 4/20 (Or You Can Just Relax On The Couch)
Roll some ganja up with the Jet Life boss.
The High Holy Day is here again and stoned souls everywhere are celebrating by putting more than their usual dosag of weed in the air. Whether you'll be doing so while laying back getting cozy on the couch or hitting the highway (get it?) to cruise around, VIBE assembled a soundtrack for you to get lit to.
What originally started out as a smoke friendly play list eventually evolve into a list comprised of Curren$y's 25 best tracks to smoke to. You can't be mad—what better artist to have representing weed culture on this great day then Spitta Andretti?
If you know like we know, Curren$y's super high output makes this a slightly difficult list to put together. This was in no way an easy task but we did the hard work so all you have to do is sit back or buckle up, turn the volume up a notch get cloudy with us.

Of course this Alchemist produced gem is the way to go when you're looking to set the playlist off properly. Funny thing is Spitta doesn't seem to take breaks, just smokes while he's being productive. You're allowed a break though. In fact, can we get a moment of silence for this small chronic break? Word to Uncle Snoop.

22) Grand Theft Auto
"GTA" just dropped yesterday off that Bourbon Street Secrets collaboration with 808 Mafia's Purps and already it's sounding like a classic. Curren$y made it a point to carve out a smokey, laid back lane that has allowed crafting songs like this one to become second nature to him.

Rapping about his lifestyle and the idiosyncrasies of being a pothead is what has attracted fans by the droves to Spitta since he first breathed a lungful of smoke on the mic. This song embodies rapping about what you know as he asks for a quick time out to find something to roll up on.

This is full on grind music, but also applicable on a day like today where the Mary Jane intake will be a little higher than normal. The keys rile you up a bit but still sound soothing enough to light one up to.

You know when you're Wiz Khalifa's OG you must burn a shit ton of marijuana to be qualified as such. Wiz has always credited Spitta for being a major influence on his style. They lament the hate in the game over a groovy beat made for cruising. So why are you still sober?

Soulful samples are always good for kicking back and this one is no different. Instead of making weak attempts to crossover, Curren$y continues to give his pothead constituents exactly what they've come to expect from him. it's a formula that has been working for him since he left Young Money is 2007.

16) Contacts
With Jet Life signee Trademark in attendance as well as affiliate Fiend, this song may sound like your average smokers' hymn but it's actually well put together laced with a Superfly sample to bring in the beat properly. Curren$y doesn't get enough credit for having a consistent ear for good beats.

14) Audio Dope 5
The latest in a medley of "Audio Dope" editions, this song has turned into a franchise of sorts for Curren$y at this point. It must be a metaphor he relates to quite a bit— that of an audio drug dealer moving his sound the way kingpins move drugs. His following is so dedicated they almost seem literally addicted to his brand of audio dope.

Joined by Action Bronson and a haunting string section, Spitta sounds dead serious as he raps bars about the shipments of audio dope he's breaking down and putting into the streets. It's not easy to rarely deviate from subject matter and still sound fresh every time out.

4)Address
You can almost see the rooftop he describes complete with a pool and idling babes waiting to hit the weed and do some hardcore chilling. This one sounds good in the car or on the sofa or even on your headphones while you walk through your city letting that smoke drift from hour nostrils. Just keep an eye out for them people.
