Fails of the Week: Dennis Rodman, Carson Daly and More

At some point this week, we've all turned on the news or checked out a blog, and thought: "Wow, what a fail!" From Carson Daly's bad joke to Bobby Brown's latest arrest, here are the fails of the week.

Who: Dennis Rodman
Fail: Not paying the judgement he owed after slapping a girl on the butt at her job and causing her to be fired.
Redemption: He needs to leave the alcohol alone and start paying all of his debt even if it's in small installments.

Who: Carson Daly

Fail: Carson made a homophobic joke on his morning show Wednesday (March 29) in regards to the Jet Blue pilot who had an insane meltdown mid-air Redemption: He apologized, but he's old enough and has been in this business long enough to simply know better. Maybe he should be suspended for a few days that way he will feel it where it hurts most, his pocket.

Who: British reporter

Fail: Asking Rihanna if she hooked up with Ashton Kutcher Redemption: It wasn't even so much that the question was asked, but more so the framing of the question. Don't mislead with compliments. Next time, just put it out there.

Who: Bobby Brown

Fail: Bobby was arrested for DUI. Redemption: We know he's going through hard times right now, but jail or seclusion might just help him stop getting in to trouble.

Who: Kristin Cavallari

Fail: Family losing "Laguna Beach" mansion due to unpaid mortages. Redemption: Get signed onto a new reality show. With the money made, maybe you can get it back.

Who: Spike Lee

Fail: Retweeting an address that he thought was George Zimmerman's but was really that of an elderly couple. Redemption: Even though he tweeted an apology, he should take the couple with him to a Knicks game. Check out last week's Fails.
