At some point this week, we've all turned on the news or checked out a blog, and thought: "Wow, what a fail!" From Glenn Beck's insensitive remarks to El DeBarge's latest arrest, here are the fails of the week.

Fail: Releasing 32 more chapters of Trapped In The Closet
Redemption: Cancel release of ALL 32 new chapters! We were tired of them after the first 11.

Fail: Calling Trayvon Martin a criminal. Redemption: He should publicly issue an apology through his show exploring all the things that was wrong with his statements.

Fail: Made a race joke at a recent Obama reelection benefit, saying "Are we really ready for a white first lady?" Redemption: Just keep your jokes to yourself from now on. This is politics, not the VMAs.

Fail: Throwing a photographer’s cell phone through a window in memory of Steve Jobs. (We quote: “Since Steve Jobs died I cannot bear to see anyone use an iPhone irreverently. What I did was a tribute to his memory.”) Redemption: In his defense, the photographer was supposedly trying to snap a picture of Brand; however, the next time he decides to chuck a phone through a window, we suggest leaving Steve’s name out of it.
