Fitbit & Public School Unveil Concept Designs For Alta Collaboration
Fitness tracker Fitbit just scored major props with fashion's cool kids.
Fitness tracker Fitbit just scored major cool points with the fickle fashin industry thanks to its recent unveil of concept designs for the female-focused Alta.
As we reported last week, the tech brand teamed up with edgy New York-based fashion label Public School for a collaboration, lending street wear appeal and high fashion flavor to the performance-oriented device.
Models strutted down the runway of Public School's Fall 2016 New York Fashion Week women’s presentation rocking both designs of the Alta: a sleek black model with a rubberized band and a classic style sporting a circle face and links, complete with what looks to be a stainless steel finish.
No word on when the collaboration will drop, but Fibit assures that there will be an official release of later this year. In the meantime, the Fitbit Alta will drop on March for $130. Click through the gallery above to see the official concept designs for Fitbit Alta x Public School.
