Flo Rida knows how to make an impact on the Billboard charts and within the party scene as he celebrated his birthday (Sept. 21) at Cameo Nightclub in Miami, Fla. with an 80-plus entourage in tow.
The “Whistle” singer ordered a “record-breaking” 80 bottles of Dom Perignon to share with each member in his VIP section as celebrities such as Trey Songz and Karreuche Tran were in attendance.
