The Rapper: 50 Cent
The Reason For The Beef: For awhile, Mayweather and 50 were BFFs. They hung out all the time and posted pictures together on Instagram. They did some business as well. And it seemed like they had the ideal bromance. But after Mayweather went to jail in 2012, they had a falling out and things have just haven't been the same since.
Can't They Just Get Along? No. Even though these two were close once, it doesn't sound like they're going to get back to that place anytime soon. At one point, they both admitted that their beef was just a ploy to generate publicity. But since then, they've continued to throw shots at one another—mostly over social media—and the beef has continued on.

The Rapper: Rick Ross
The Reason For The Beef: Mayweather didn't appreciate a line that Rick Ross spit on his 2009 song, "Mafia Music." Ross rapped, "That Mayweather money, lookin' funny in the light," alluding to some issues that the boxer had with the IRS. So Mayweather responded by calling Ross out for being a CO in his younger years and saying, "If I need someone arrested, I'll call him."
Can't They Just Get Along? Yes. Although words were exchanged by the two in 2009, they smoothed things over a short time later. And in early 2014, before his fight with Marcos Maidana, Mayweather even posed for a picture with Rick Ross and 2 Chainz and then had the rappers escort him to the ring.

The Rapper: T.I.
The Reason For The Beef: After T.I.'s wife Tiny posted a photo of her and Mayweather's daughter on Instagram earlier this year, the Southern rapper stepped to Mayweather inside of a Fatburger on the Las Vegas strip. Mayweather took exception to it and, before long, the two were involved in a physical altercation. Just before the fight took place, Mayweather was also caught on camera yelling, "Control your bitch, motherfucker!"
Can't They Just Get Along? No. The beef between Mayweather and 50 runs deep at this point but they could conceivably patch things up. The rift between Mayweather and T.I. is not repairable, though. T.I. felt disrespected by Mayweather and there's nothing that Mayweather could say or do to get back on Tip's good side.

The Rapper: Ray J
The Reason For The Beef: This is easily the most low-profile "beef" on this list (and yes, we realize that we're stretching it by labeling Ray J a "rapper"). But according to several reports, Mayweather and Ray J—who were pretty close friends at one point—no longer speak because Ray J dated one of Mayweather's ex-girlfriends last year. Neither side has confirmed or denied this beef. But since we haven't spotted Mayweather and Ray J together lately, we think it's safe to assume that something caused a rift in their relationship.
Can't They Just Get Along? No. If the reports out there are true and Ray J did go out with one of Mayweather's girlfriends, then we're pretty sure he's been axed from the boxer's inner circle. And once you're cut off from it, there's very little chance of getting back into it. So don't expect Brandy's brother to be spotted in a "TMT" hat anytime soon.

The Rapper: Freck Billionaire
The Reason For The Beef: In 2009, Freck was signed to Mayweather's Philthy Rich Records. However, Mayweather cut ties with him when he discovered that Freck had previously signed to another label—and also accused him of stealing a watch from him. "When he came aboard, we asked if he had any contracts and he said no," Mayweather explained after Freck left his label. "Come to find out, he was signed with somebody. The guy was trying to sue us and Freck stole one of our watches and left." Freck responded by saying that the watch was a gift from Mayweather.
Can't They Just Get Along? No. Since they no longer have a business relationship, you won't see these two in the same place at the same time anymore.

The Rapper: Nelly
The Reason For The Beef: The St. Louis rapper is reportedly dating Mayweather's ex-fianceé Shantel Jackson (a.k.a. Ms. Jackson). So Mayweather took some shots at him during an interview with Big Tigger back in May, and Nelly just made some negative remarks about Mayweather on ESPN's Highly Questionable.
Can't They Just Get Along? No. If there's one thing we've learned from Mayweather's beefs with rappers, it's this: He will forgive you for talking bad about him or taking shots in his direction. But if you mess with one of his women or betray his trust, you're dead to him.
