Working out in the morning is my secret to having a balanced day.
I bring all the essentials to have the most productive workout: BCAAs to get the proper amino acids while I’m moving and Vega Pea Protein in a S’Well bottle to recover immediately after my sweat sesh. I can’t do pull-ups or dips without wraps--my favorite these days are by adidas. I keep up the intensity by listening to trap remixes in my Beats earbuds.
